Day Shift August 4: A Squad
26-007407 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Narcotics Violation – A passerby alerted police to a possible unconscious driver in a parking lot. Upon arrival police observed the black Honda Civic stopped perpendicular to the parking stalls, a male driver slumped over the wheel with his foot on the brake, and the car in drive. Several attempts were made to wake the driver. The driver became alert but was disoriented. A small plastic baggie with a white crystal-like substance was observed in plain sight. The man was placed into custody for methamphetamine related charges and transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
26-007406- 900 BLK South Seminole Drive- Delayed Assault – The caller stated she went to drop shirts off to her ex- boyfriend. She approached the man’s vehicle when two females exited a black Nissan sedan and “jumped her.” Police did observe visible marks on her face; her hair was pulled out and an abrasion was evident on her left-hand palm area. Police also observed her iPhone 16 pro max to have a shattered screen. The reporting party was able to identify the two attackers. The woman denied EMS and any medical attention at the time of the call. ERPD was unable to speak with the other parties at the time of this report due to them leaving the scene prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.
26-007402 – 5300 BLK Connell Street – Domestic Disorder / Warrant Service – Police responded to a reported unknown trouble at this location. Police contacted a woman who alleged that her ex-boyfriend assaulted her. Police did not develop probable cause to charge the man with domestic assault, but he was was arrested and transported to jail on several outstanding warrants.
Night Shift August 4: C Squad
26-007425 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman was served with two outstanding East Ridge warrants at Hamilton County Jail for Auto Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
26-007416 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman was served with an outstanding warrant for Vandalism after turning herself in at the jail.
26-007419 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Drug Overdose – Officers responded to this location after a customer failed to exit the restroom or respond for 30 minutes. Officers made entry into the restroom and observed a man apparently suffering from a narcotic overdose. He was transported by EMS and a small amount of narcotics and paraphernalia were placed in property for destruction.
26-007430 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A man was served with outstanding warrants for Child Abuse and Possession of a Firearm During a Felony, while in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
26-007432 – 2000 BLK Lee Street – Domestic/Arrest – Officers responded to this location for a domestic disorder. A male and female subject were both found to have been injured during a physical altercation. From the severity of injuries to the male party and admissions from the female, the female suspect was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for Domestic Assault.
26-007429 – 3700 BLK Anderson Avenue – Domestic Assault – The reporting party reported that her ex came to her home and they got into an argument. During the argument, the suspect bit her in the back while he held her in the kids’ room. She stated that he struck her vehicle and tore off the front bumper when he was leaving. Warrants are being sought for Domestic Assault, False Imprisonment, and Vandalism.
