Law and Order July 16

Day Shift July 15

25-007500-6500 BLK Ringgold Road-Disorder – A woman reported to Police that an unknown male party entered the store not wearing shoes and had shoved her through the store after he was asked to leave. No suspect information is available at the time of the report.

25-007506 – 1300 BLK Orlando Avenue– Disorder – ERPD responded to an improperly parked vehicle at the above address. East Ridge trash service stated a vehicle was blocking the road and would not let them by. East Ridge trash service stated one of the residents came outside and started to argue with the driver of the improperly parked auto. The sanitation worker stated he stayed in his vehicle when the two males started to fist fight. When ERPD arrived two men were actively fighting. The individuals were separated. Upon investigating the disorder, it was determined both parties were the aggressors and neither wished to press charges. Parties agreed to go separate ways and mend the situation. No charges were filed against either party.

25-007510 – 500 BLK S. Moore Road – Traffic Stop/Assist Other Agency – A woman was detained for a larceny warrant through Phelps County, Missouri following a traffic stop for speeding. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.

25-007513- 4100 BLK Ringgold Rd Walmart Marketplace – Gas Leak – The East Ridge Police Department responded alongside the Fire Department to a gas leak at the business. Officers assisted in evacuating a 300-foot perimeter as a safety precaution while a crew repaired a gas line damaged during construction.

Night Shift July 15

25-007519 – 6400 BLK Holiday Drive – Check Wellbeing/Arrest – A caller reported a male standing in the roadway punching the ground and screaming. Police located the male and identified him. Officers began trying to talk to him and he became irate with police and aggressive while screaming at people who were not there. Police attempted to take the man into custody, but he became combative and began planting his feet, kicking, and grabbing onto Officers who were attempting to escort him to a patrol vehicle. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Public Intoxication.
