Day Shift November 7: B Squad
25-011624- 4214 Ringgold Road- Arrest/ Warrant Service – A man was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge Warrant for Aggravated Assault. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-011703-6500 BLK Ringgold Road-MVC Injuries/Medical Emergency – Police responded to the construction site on a report of a black pickup truck crashing into the property after running off the road. The driver was found to be experiencing a medical emergency and was transported by Hamilton County EMS for treatment.
25-011710- 2000 BLK Tombras Ave- Residential Fire – Police responded to a residential fire at this address. It was determined the mulch in the flower beds were just steaming.
Night Shift November 7: D Squad
25-011716- 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street – Suspicious Activity – Police observed two parties sitting in a car that was backed into a parking spot at the rear of the motel. The officer asked the parties what they were doing, to which the male party stated that they were waiting to pick up a friend. Neither party was staying in a room at the hotel. Dispatch located a Hamilton County Sessions Court warrant issued for the arrest of the female occupant, charging Possession of a Schedule II substance. The officer searched with the K9 around the vehicle, which indicated positive for drugs. A subsequent search revealed fentanyl packaged for resale, drug paraphernalia, and $1,258 in cash. Drugs were confiscated as evidence, and the money was seized. Both parties were charged with possession of Schedule II and drug paraphernalia. They were transported to the Jail with no issue.
25-011720 – 6800 BLK Cedar Wood Court – Suspicious Activity – A resident reported her garage door was open while she was away and requested police check the home for intruders. No signs of an intruder were detected by police or the homeowner.
Day Shift November 8: B Squad
OCN: 23-007024/25-001153- 4214 Ringgold Rd- Warrant Service – Chattanooga PD requested ERPD to verify warrants. The party had active warrants in East Ridge for Public Intoxication. ERPD transported the subject to the Hamilton County Jail on the active warrant and placed his property into property and evidence for safe keeping.
25-011724-6100 BLK Welworth Avenue-Disorder – Police responded to the listed address on a report of a disorder. Officers spoke to the residents of the duplex, and they advised that the disagreement was verbal in nature; all parties agreed to separate without issue.
25-011729 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Officers met with the owner of the garage at the police department in reference to a theft from his business. According to the complainant, an average build male with a short haircut and dark t-shirt and shorts on a bicycle with a baby blue front tire stole two wheels and some miscellaneous scrap metal from behind his building on the previous night. The subject may have had the assistance of a white van, car, or truck, which was seen in the area during the theft at approximately 2100hrs. A warrant for theft is pending the identification of the subject.
Night Shift November 8: D Squad
25-011738 – 700 BLK South Germantown Road – Aggravated Burglary / Domestic Assault – Police responded to the above address after a child caller reported to dispatch that someone was in his home. During the investigation, officers determined that the suspect entered the residence through an unlocked door and attacked his ex-wife and another individual. The suspect was not on scene when the officers arrived. Warrants for aggravated burglary and domestic assault were obtained.
25-011741 – 3600 BLK Helen Lane – Backup Other Agency – East Ridge Police assisted Chattanooga Police in apprehending a suspect wanted for two counts of aggravated assault and one count of domestic assault. The subject was taken into custody without incident outside his residence, and Chattanooga Police responded to transport the suspect to Hamilton County Jail.
25-011743 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder with a Weapon – A named man assaulted two patrons inside the lounge and fled the scene with an unidentified female. One victim was transported to Parkridge Camp Jordan ER with minor injuries. Police obtained warrants for two counts of Simple Assault.
25-011747 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Rd – Felony Reckless Driving / Felony Evading – A Purple Dodge Charger was observed driving westbound on Ringgold Road in the 5600 block with extremely dark window tint. Patrol exited the parking lot to initiate a traffic stop. Due to heavy traffic flow, the Charger had a few car lengths ahead of the patrol unit. As soon as the patrol unit entered Ringgold Road, the Charger cut off all its lights and began driving in an evasive manner. The suspect vehicle was originally in the far-left lane and then swerved to the bicycle lane. Once it was in the bicycle lane, it began to drive at a high rate of speed. The patrol unit activated its emergency equipment to stop the vehicle, but once the Charger turned North onto McBrien, the patrol unit lost visual of the suspect. Patrol deactivated its emergency light and BOLO’d the vehicle to Chattanooga PD.
Day Shift November 9: B Squad
25-011767- 5400 BLK Oakdale Avenue -Arrest/ Warrant Service – Police arrested a man at this residence on an outstanding East Ridge Petition to revoke with an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. ERPD also arrested another subject on a Hamilton County Criminal Court probation violation with an original charge of possession of fentanyl.
25-0011761- 900 BLK Spring Creek- Well Being Check – Police received multiple calls about a female hitting her head against a pole and running into traffic. One caller reported seeing her going over the I-75 guardrail. Police located her sitting on the side of the overpass beyond the guardrail. She was transported to Volunteer Behavioral Health per her request due to not wanting to go to another hospital.
Night Shift November 9: D Squad
25-011747 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Supplement / Arrest – ERPD was able to locate a phone number for the registered owner of the purple Dodge Charger that fled on 11/8/25. The owner came to ERPD to give a statement. When she arrived, she brought her son. The owner stated that her son was the one who fled, and she brought him to turn himself in. After reading him his Miranda Rights, he agreed to talk and admitted to being the driver of the said Charger. He went on to say that since he was already speeding and didn’t have a license, he decided to run when he saw the police cruiser enter the median. He laughed throughout the questioning, saying he thought he got away with it. The man was arrested for Felony Evading, Felony Reckless Endangerment, Light Law, and Driving on a Suspended License. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-011778-Ringgold Rd/ Mack Smith-Traffic Stop/Arrest – Police observed a bicyclist on the roadway without an operating light. The officer stopped the bike and identified the driver. He was found to have several warrants out of Hamilton County. The man was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.
Night Shift November 10: C Squad
25-011799 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – While on patrol, an Officer located a Hyundai Santa Fe with an open door in the hotel parking lot. Police checked the vehicle and observed personal items thrown everywhere in the car. The officer located the vehicle owner and informed her of the situation. The owner checked the car and found nothing missing. The owner also advised she had moved several items in the car when she got to the hotel and may have left the door open.
