Law and Order Oct. 22

Day Shift October 21 : B Squad

25-011090- 500 BLK Sharondale Drive-Theft – The caller reported that a male subject stole his leaf blower from the bed of his truck at approximately 0300 hours. No suspect information is available at this time, report on file.

25-011096- 900 BLK Spring Creek Road- Disorder – The reporting party for the apartments reported yelling coming from this location. Police contacted the residents, and they agreed to separate to calm down without further issue.

25-011097/25-011098- 1300 BLK Spring Creek Road- Check Well-Being – Police responded to the Spring Creek Rd/Ringgold Rd intersection after receiving a report to check on a woman. She stated she was upset about not getting food from a church pantry and said some unkind things. After police spoke with her, she agreed to calm down and continue on her way without any further issue.

25-011100 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Unconscious Person – Police responded for a possible unconscious party on the sidewalk. Officers located a homeless male asleep on the sidewalk. His information was verified, and he was asked to leave the area.

25-011103 – 1700 BLK Jennings Lane – Suspicious Person – Police responded after a concerned citizen observed an unknown male party standing at their fence. Officers later located the subject who stated he was attempting to find shelter under trees from a storm that had entered the area.

25-011105 – 4400 BLK Lanoir Circle – Suspicious Activity/Delayed Disorder – A concerned resident reported a female in a gray Jeep stopped in front of her neighbor’s residence and yelled expletives at the property. When they asked the party to leave the area, the subject turned their ire to them and continued with a barrage of expletives before leaving the area.

Night Shift October 21: D Squad

25-011116 – 3300 BLK Castle Avenue – Drug Overdose – Officers responded to this location on a reported overdose. Officers located the subject on the front porch apparently suffering from an adverse reaction to an unknown narcotic. EMS responded to the scene to check the patient, who ultimately denied the use of any narcotics and denied transportation or treatment. A report was completed.

25-011110 – 200 BLK Wren Road – Suspicious Vehicle – An anonymous caller reported a green Dodge truck racing its engine and driving too fast through the neighborhood. Police attempted to call the reporting party three times but there was no answer.

25-011126 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Back EMS – Police assisted with a female who was being combative to the responding paramedics. The patient cooperated with officers and was transported for breathing trouble.

25-011124 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/Arrest – A tip came through 911 dispatch saying a yellow box truck was being driven by an intoxicated party. Officers were able to locate the vehicle and perform a traffic stop for running a red light. Officers determined the driver was intoxicated following Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. The driver was arrested for DUI and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
