Day Shift October 7: Alpha Team
26-009682 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police received a tip that a party was working a shift and had an active warrant out of Hamilton County. The party was found in the office and taken into custody without incident.
26-009680 – 30 BLK Paulmar Drive – Warrant Service – Police responded to this Red Bank, TN address and arrested a woman on her outstanding East Ridge warrant for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. She was taken to the Hamilton County Jail without issue.
26-009685 – 10 BLK Woodard Circle – Miscellaneous Complaint – Patrol responded to this address after a concerned father reported the residents of a nearby home driving recklessly throughout the day on the street. The father reported that he attempted to speak with his neighbors, but they have not listened and still drive very fast. The complainant was very concerned about his children that play outside, and he is afraid if the speeders are not caught his children will get run over. The street was added to the Watchlist.
26-009668 – Ringgold/Maxwell – Traffic Stop / Warrant Service – A traffic stop for a seat belt violation led to a man being taken into custody on his East Ridge Forfeiture Capias for DUI.
26-009671 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Rd – Traffic Stop / Narcotics Violation – A stop for a Move Over Law violation led to a man being issued a misdemeanor citation for Simple Possession after 8.6 grams of marijuana were found.
26-009675 – 18275 Interstate 24 – Disorder – Officers were dispatched to a disorder on the highway with a possible weapon. Upon arrival, officers found it was verbal only, and no weapon was ever pointed at anyone. Parties left the city together.
Night Shift October 7: Charlie Team
6-009692 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – ERPD served two warrants on a party while he was in custody at Hamilton County Jail. Both warrants were forfeiture capias for driving on a revoked, suspended, or canceled license.
26-009693 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Well Being Check – Police conducted a welfare check on a man after a concerned passerby reported seeing a young male standing and looking over the edge of the bridge. Officers contacted the party who stated he was okay.
26-009690 – 600 BLK Layfield Road – Aggressive Animal – Patrol was dispatched to the above address regarding a dog that was reportedly barking and roaming the area without an owner present. Animal Services were contacted and took custody of the dog.
