Day Shift October 7 : B Squad
25-010596- Stateline Road – Assist Other Agency/Felony Evading/Arrest – Police were notified that Catoosa County Deputies were in pursuit of a white Chevy Sonic in the area of State Line Road and Prigmore Road, Police located the vehicle at a business in the 5400 block of Ringgold Road and attempted to stop the vehicle. The vehicle then fled from Police east on Ringgold Road. No pursuit was initiated. Police located the vehicle a short time later at the intersection of Mack Smith and Ringgold Road. Police were able to successfully stop the vehicle in a business parking lot. The driver was taken into custody for Felony Evading and transported to the Jail without issue.
25-010591- 3200 BLK Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/ Arrest – Following a traffic stop, a party was arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl and driving on a suspended/revoked/cancelled license. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-010592- 1500 BLK Keeble St- Unknown Trouble – Police responded to this location for an unknown trouble complaint. Two parties had gotten into a verbal dispute but agreed to separate for a while after talking to police.
25-010593 – 400 BLK McBrien Road – Suspicious Activity/Criminal Trespass Warning – A party was criminally trespassed from a business after it was reported he was coming to the property to argue with his estranged girlfriend who is an employee for the business. Police advised the party of possible stalking charges should he continue his course of action.
25-010597- 4100 BLK Ringgold Rd- Vandalism – Police spoke with the caller about property damage. They stated a U.S. Postal driver informed them of damage to mailboxes at the location. The caller requested additional patrol, especially during the night. Police added the location to the watchlist.
25-010604 – 400 BLK Spring Creek Road – Assist-Other-Agency – Units assisted the Chattanooga Police Department with traffic control for a motor vehicle collision in the intersection following a previous incident that blocked N Terrace. CPD handled both incidents.
Night Shift October 7: D Squad
25-0010622- 900 BLK Spring Creek Road-Assist Other Agency – Police received a BOLO from the Chattanooga Police Department for a white Honda Odyssey after the vehicle had fled from Chattanooga. Officers observed the vehicle traveling southbound on Spring Creek Road. Upon getting behind the vehicle, it turned into a parking lot. After the vehicle was parked, officers activated their emergency equipment and detained the driver without incident. Chattanooga Police responded to the scene and took custody of the party and found he was in possession of a Taurus 9mm handgun observed in the driver’s side door as officers approached the vehicle.
25-010612- 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Thanks to a tip, police were able to locate and apprehend a party on multiple outstanding warrants from Catoosa County. Police transported the party to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-010613 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Domestic Disorder – The caller reported to emergency dispatch that her boyfriend assaulted her at a business. EMS found no signs of injury, and the caller denied the need for medical treatment. Police found insufficient evidence that an assault occurred and suggested the couple separate for the remainder of the evening.
