Law and Order September 10

Day Shift September 9 : B Squad

25-009549 – 700 BLK Frawley Rd – Disorder – ERPD was dispatched to the above address for a tenant acting very suspicious. The property manager stated that since 0500 the man was observed screaming outside in the breezeway and from inside his home at another apartment. ERPD was dispatched around 0700 and contacted the party. He became very agitated and afraid thinking something was going to get him. The man fell into the fetal position and started yelling in the parking lot. ERPD determined he needed to get a medical evaluation. The party was informed he was going to get taken to the hospital to get some help but began to resist officers. The subject was taken into protective custody and was transported where he was admitted. The man did admit to the hospital staff he did take narcotics earlier this morning.

25-009559-4000 BLK Bennet Road-Unknown 911 – Police responded to the listed address for two back-to-back 911 hang-up calls. A child and a female party looked through the curtains but would not answer the door. A male inside the residence came to the window and stated that police weren’t needed, everything was okay, and that one of the children might have called by mistake.

Night Shift September 9: D Squad

25-009572 – 1517 Tombras Avenue – Warrant Service – A man was attending East Ridge City Court when he was taken into custody on a warrant for Petition to Revoke for Reckless Endangerment.

25-009575-5300 BLK Haisten Court-Fight – Police were called to the listed address for a disorder. The caller stated a male was yelling and trying to hug unwilling people. A male engaged in a physical altercation with subject due to his attempting to hug the man’s sister. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival but was located down the street. An off-duty detective approached him along with uniformed officers. The party became resistant but was eventually taken into custody. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail and charged with resisting arrest, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault.

He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
