Day Shift September 30 : A Squad
25-010357 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder/Trespass – Police were notified of a disturbance involving a male. Staff requested that he be issued a criminal trespass warning and removed from the property. Officers located the individual and informed him that he was being formally trespassed from the restaurant. He was then provided with a courtesy transport home without further incident.
25-010360 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Trespass – The reporting party stated that she has been experiencing ongoing issues with a customer for approximately four months and wished to have the individual trespassed from the business. She was able to obtain a Tennessee license plate number which returned. Upon police arrival, the customer was no longer on scene. The RP was advised to contact police if the subject returned so that officers can issue a criminal trespass warning at that time.
25-010342 – 1500 BLK Fruitland Drive – Animal Bite – Police responded after a neighbor’s aggressive dog bit the complainant in the upper leg. Upon arrival police observed the black & white dog running at large, the dog approached the responding officer aggressively but ran off after being yelled at. The owner was able to secure the animal in her residence. ERAS advised both parties that Animal Services would follow up later in the morning.
No Complaint Number – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Warrant Service – Police conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. The driver was found to have an extraditable warrant for larceny out of Scottsboro Alabama. ERPD transported her to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
Night Shift September 30: C Squad
25-010363 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries – Police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a gray SUV and white SUV at the intersection of South Moore Road and Ringgold Road. Police determined the driver of the white SUV continued through a red light and struck the other vehicle. The crash resulted in the temporary closure of both westbound lanes of Ringgold Road. In addition, the driver of the white SUV sustained minor injuries and was treated by EMTs with the Hamilton County EMS.
25-010365 – 3200 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – During a traffic stop, a man was found to have an arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge. The charge on the warrant was False Statements. He was taken into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
25-010367 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – Police received several reports of a suspicious white female walking on and near Ringgold Road. One caller reported that she was possibly intoxicated and was acting erratically. Police checked the area, but the suspicious person was not located.
25-010374 – 10 BLK Sheridan Road – Suspicious Activity – A resident reported seeing an unknown vehicle parked in front of their house and believed it was occupied by four individuals. Police located the vehicle and determined the occupants were friends of a neighbor down the road. The vehicle driver agreed to move the vehicle to a more appropriate location.
