March 1 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

February 26 – Day Shift

2000 E. 23rd Street (runaway):

The runaway’s mother contacted police advising she was at this location with her daughter. Police responded to the location and removed the child from NCIC. (22-002639)

 February 26 – Night Shift

631 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Assist EMS 22-002713):

Police with EMS to Jonathan’s on report of a fall victim. EMS transported a 46-year-old female to a local hospital for minor injuries.

201 Eads St (Harassment 22-002704):

Police spoke with a woman regarding her ex-boyfriend harassing her and threatening her via text and phone. She stated she did not wish to press charges at this time but wished to make a report should the situation escalate. She was advised to seek an order of protection through the Family Justice Center.

6514 Ringgold Rd (Unconscious Person / DUI 22-002719):

Police responded to a report of a person unconscious at the Mapco. Police made contact with Stephen Powell, who was unconscious behind the wheel of his running vehicle at a gas pump. Powell was subsequently arrested and charged with DUI, possession of schedule IV, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 February 27 – Day Shift

4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):

Lebron Stinson was arrested at Silverdale on an active East Ridge warrant. (22-002746)

5300 block Connell Street (harassment):

A woman is being harassed by a former co-worker/boyfriend. She has instructed him to stop contacting her. He is now saying he will share explicit photos of her with her former employees. (22-002740)

1043 Hibbler Circle (trespassing):

A neighbor contacted police when they observed several subjects entering this condemned structure. When police arrived the subjects had already left. However, another group of subjects arrived planning to go into the house. ERPD had already trespassed several squatters previously when they encountered Robert Cox, Eltoney Simmons and Caitlin Dalich. A warrant check revealed a warrant through Walker County for Simmons. He was transported to Silverdale and the other two were trespassed. (22-002734)

February 27 – Night Shift

1417 Saint Thomas Street (Arrest 22-002774):

Police made contact with Jonathan Graham sitting in an idling vehicle. Mr. Graham was taken into custody for simple possession (cocaine). Graham also was issued several citations and he had an active warrant out of Bradley County.

1410 Mack Smith Road (Misdemeanor Citation 22-002785):

Police made contact with the driver of a Ford Escape. Following an investigation Krysta Reagan, the driver, was issued two misdemeanor citations. One for possession of drug paraphernalia, another for possession of schedule II drug. Reagan was also issued a citation for driving without a license.

1100 block Chippewah Drive (AOA Warrant Service 22-002775):

D. Pate was taken into custody on a Catoosa County warrant for Aggravated Assault during a traffic stop at this location.

1411 Dover Lane (DUI 22-002787):

Roberto Racancoj Chiche was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop at this location.

5306 Oakdale Ave ( Open Door 22-002770):

Officers responded to an open door at this address. Police cleared the house and attempted to secure the door. While on scene police observed a number of codes violations in the residence and cats living in the house. Animal Services was notified by dispatch about the animals and Codes Enforcement was notified about the deplorable condition of the residence.
