Municipal Court Docket for Feb. 9

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Feb. 9. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue. All the individuals scheduled to appear are in the custody of law enforcement.

Jorge Basco – DUI, Child Endangerment, No DL, No Insurance, Fail to Signal, Improper Turn.

James Henderson – Disorderly Conduct.

Ronald Rice – Unlawful Possession of Firearm/For Capias.

John Steskal – Public Intoxication, Drug Paraphernalia.

Elvis Torres-Martinez – Resisting Arrest, Drug Paraphernalia.

Bryan Yates – Aggravated Child Endangerment, Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, Light Law, Left of Center.

Brenda Arbajian – Aggravated Criminal Littering, Reckless Burning, Prohibited Weapon, Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Possession/Marijuana, Possession Controlled Substance/PTR.

Haley Brown – Possession Meth, Possession Schedule II/Resale, Drug Paraphernalia.

Christopher Coleman – Felony Evading, Reckless Endangerment, Speeding.

Marcus Copeny – DUI/2nd, Evading Arrest, Possession Legend Drugs, Simple Possession, Resisting Arrest, Revoked DL for DUI.

Vincent Farrow – Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Evidence, Possession Schedule V.

Christie Henderson – Facilitation of Felony/Aggravated Robbery, False Reports.

Lateefah Johnson – Robbery, Aggravated Assault/Police (2), Theft over $2,500, Revoked DL, Unauthorized Use Handicapped Parking.

Treniece Lane – Assault/For Capias.

Antoinette Lewis – Theft over $1,000.

James Middleton – Possession Meth, Possession Schedule V, Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Evidence, Resisting Arrest, Driving while Possession of Meth, Possession Meth/PTR.

Robert Olskey – Criminal Simulation, Revoked DL.

Alysia Quarles – Possession Schedule V, Possession Schedule I, Tampering with Evidence, Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Schedule II/PTR.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
