Municipal Court Docket for Nov. 26

The following people’s names appear on the East Ridge Municipal Court docket and are scheduled to appear before Judge Cris Helton on Tuesday, Nov. 26. Municipal court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 3 p.m.

Arnulte Aguilar – DUI, speeding.

Luke Bryson – aggravated domestic, domestic assault.

Dustan Crawley – manufacture/deliver/sale of meth, possession of firearm by felon, drug paraphernalia.

Clinton Hayes – criminal impersonation.

Dwight Land – aggravated domestic assault, possession marijuana/PTR.

Leslie Winkler – drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation.

Marlise Harrison – DUI, possession meth, implied consent, fail to maintain lane.

Dakota Kletschka – possession schedule I, possession schedule IV, possession schedule III, drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, theft over $2,500/for capias, possession schedule II/for capias, possession schedule IV/for capias, possession meth/for capias.

Emily Sells – possession schedule II/crack/PTR.

Jennifer Warlick – DUI/PTR.

Russell Davis – drug paraphernalia, possession schedule II/meth.

Stephen Davis – domestic assault.

Michael Garrick – theft under $1,000, revoked DL, theft of auto.

Samuel Helton – public intoxication, disorderly, assault on police, retaliation for past acts.

Robert Hughes – theft.

Patricia Jeffery – drug paraphernalia.

Charlie Johnson – DUI, registration violation, no insurance.

Kelly Lewis – stalking.

Kevin Malcom – altering VIN, suspended DL, no insurance.

Christy Osborne-Yelton – theft under $1,000.

Kenneth Pruitt – domestic assault.

Edward Rivera – revoked DL, driving on right side of roadway, no insurance.

Lauren Stevens – child endangerment, drug paraphernalia.

Wesley Stevens – child endangerment, drug paraphernalia.

Kimberly Vanhorn – resisting arrest, revoked DL, registration violation.

Forrest Willing – criminal trespassing, public intoxication, public intoxication/for capias, suspended DL/for capias (2).

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
