Oct. 1 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the East Ridge Police Department.

Sept. 29 Day Shift

4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service)

Tedra Lynn Eaton was taken into custody by CPD at 2302 Wilcox Blvd for warrants through Sessions Court. It was also found she had a valid East Ridge warrant for Petition to Revoke for DUI which was served to her at Silverdale. (21-014192)

4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service)

East Ridge warrants were executed on Brandon Boston while he was at the Hamilton County Jail. (21-011747)

6513 Ringgold Road (warrant service)

Elijah Gravitt was arrested on several Hamilton County warrants while police were investigating a possible stabbing. (21-014160) 

1601 Prigmore Road (arrest)

Johnathon Williams was arrested for possession of meth and warrants out of Georgia at this location. (21-014171)

4214 Ringgold Road (harassment)

A caller from 728 Bacon Trail contacted police in regards to harassment by her neighbors over the last four to five years. Police advised her to seek legal action through civil litigation and to add additional security measures to her residence.  She was also advised to contact police at the time incidents happen so they can be addressed then, not years later. (21-014167)

5400 block Sunny Dell Lane (vandalism)

A woman contacted police after discovering the back window of her car broken out. She suspects a former acquaintance, “William,” as the suspect. She said she told him she was seeing someone else now, and he became angry. (21-014174)

Night Shift

3709 Edwards Terr (Suspicious Activity 21-014200)

The reporting party stated there was a suspicious vehicle in his neighbor’s driveway. The vehicle left prior to police arrival.

Haisten Court (Assist EMS 21-014201)

Police responded with EMS on report of an unconscious 26-year-old female. The party was transported to Parkridge East.

941 Spring Creek Rd (Assault 21-014206)

A homeless female stated she had been assaulted by a homeless male somewhere in Chattanooga. She was extremely impaired by narcotics use and stated she did not wish to file a report.

4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 21-014210)

Makayla Frizzell was booked on East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.

2100 Wren Rd (Disorder Weapon Involved 21-014212)

Police responded to a disorder between a repossession agent and a homeowner. The agent was in the process of repossessing a vehicle when David Smith threatened to shoot him. Smith was taken into custody for false imprisonment and possession of a prohibited weapon.

1440 Milbro Cir (Arrest 21-014216)

Officers responded to reports of a disorder and someone possibly discharging a firearm. Police did not locate any evidence a firearm had been discharged. Charles Moore, a resident of the address, was found to have multiple warrants through Hamilton County. He was transported to Silverdale.
