Pioneers Fall to East Hamilton

East Hamilton downed East Ridge, 23-6, in Region 2-4A football, Friday at Raymond James Stadium.

The loss drops the Pioneers to 0-3 on the season. East Ridge will travel to Brainerd to take on the Panthers next Friday.

Following a Hurricane turnover, the Pioneers’ only score came on a 2-yard run by quarterback Alonzo Russell in the second quarter. Russell finished the game with 46 yards rushing.

East Ridge could only manage 110 yards total offense and turned the ball over four times. The Pioneers had 12 penalties for 75 yards.
