Police Asking for Help in Finding Suspect in Assault

East Ridge police are asking for help in finding a man who is a suspect in Monday aggravated assault.

East Ridge Police are seeking assistance in identifying the unknown male pictured in this surveillance still. On June 29, 2020 officers responded to a reported aggravated assault at the Budgetel located at 1410 N Mack Smith Road. There they located and interviewed the victim. The victim had been assaulted with a metal folding chair and was bleeding from the head. The pictured individual was identified as the suspect from footage obtained at the scene.
