_ 6514 Ringgold Rd.: Police were called to the Mapco on Thursday at 2:45 a.m. and made contact with a man whose license plate wasn’t registered to his vehicle. According to a police report, the officer spoke to the driver and removed the tag from the silver Honda Civic. East Ridge police contacted HCSO to make them aware that East Ridge authorities had a man in custody that the sheriff’s department wanted. According to the report, HCSO personnel told East Ridge police that Hardeman had warrants out of Catoosa County, Georgia and that officers from that jurisdiction should take Hardeman.

The report states that while East Ridge officers were confirming Hardeman’s warrant out of Catoosa County, Hardeman asked to be taken by EMS to Memorial Hospital for treatment. The man was taken to the hospital while East Ridge officers confirmed the warrants out of Catoosa County.
