Police Briefs for Dec. 3

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

Dec. 2 Day Shift

21-017160- 3500 block Claremont Avenue- Warrant Service-

Brian Lockhart was served with two East Ridge warrants and transported to Silverdale.

21-017373- 1410 Mack Smith Road – Unknown 911-

Dispatch advised an elderly female called yelling about a chair. On scene, police contacted the elderly female caller. She advised she is a former resident of Patton Towers and requested police assistance with getting out of her chair. She declined any medical assistance.

21-017375- 603 Brookfield Avenue- AOA/Possible House Fire-

Police were dispatched with Fire on a possible house fire. On scene no fire was located, however, an exhaust pipe was letting out white smoke. Fire handled the call.

21-017382- 1170 Chippewah Drive- Suspicious Vehicle-

The caller advised a white van was circling the neighborhood. On scene the van had already left the area.

21-017383- 1417 Saint Thomas Street – Disorder/AOA Warrant Service-

The caller advised the guest in one room failed to check out on time. On scene, police encountered Stewart Gray. Upon checking his information through dispatch, he was found to have an extraditable warrant out of Florida. He was transported to Silverdale.

21-017384- Warrant Service-

Savanna Hughes was arrested and transported to Silverdale on two East Ridge warrants for probation violations.

21-017389- 5401 Ringgold Road- Bad Check-

Willie Garcia was arrested and charged with identity theft and theft after attempting to cash a manufactured check at the bank.

21-017394- 900 block Donaldson Road – Unconscious Person-

Police responded with Fire and EMS on an unconscious female. Once police arrived on scene the female had regained consciousness. She was transported to an area hospital.

Night Shift

1441 N. Smith St/Holiday Inn Express (Arrest 21-017411):

Suspicious activity was observed in the area of Motel 6. A vehicle involved in the suspicious activity was followed to the rear of the Holiday Inn Express, where a consensual encounter was initiated. The passenger, Kristi Jones, was found to have active warrants out of sessions.  Further investigation revealed Jones was committing prostitution out of room #110 at Motel 6. She was transported to Silverdale and charged accordingly.

21-017399 700 block Haven Hill Lane / Warrant Service / Arrest:

Randall Cox was arrested at this location for an active warrant through East Ridge City Court.

21-017398 – 941 Spring Creek Road (Arrest)

Terri Fryar was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Public Intoxication following a disorder at Parkridge East Hospital.

21-017409 – 6514 Ringgold Road (Arrest)

Police made a consensual encounter with a male at the Mapco. Following the encounter, Lee Clements was arrested for Possession of Meth for Resale, Possession of Cocaine for Resale, and Resisting Arrest.

21-017403 – 3600 block Land Street / Search Warrant / Arrest –

Police were dispatched to this location regarding an overdose where the reporting party picked up a friend who was overdosing on narcotics and was being transported to the hospital. Police met with Leif Plunkett, who fled into the home upon police arrival. Police met with the homeowner and Plunkett – both of whom denied police requests to search the home. Police obtained a search warrant. However, before doing so, police found a third female, Shayla Parsons, inside the home while police were securing it. Police arrested Lori Ezell for possession of drug paraphernalia, Parsons for drug paraphernalia, Plunkett for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest, and resisting arrest.
