Day Shift June 18
24-007788- 3800 BLK Kingwood Circle- Theft- The resident reported that his 6′ by 12′ utility trailer was taken from his driveway without permission sometime during the overnight hours. There is no suspect information available.
24-007793- 100 I-75 North- Disorder- Welcome Center security called to report a female causing a disorder due to being asked to move her vehicle. The female was checked for warrants and sent on her way.
24-007795- 4300 BLK Bennett Road- Disorder- The caller advised there was an adult female at the school trying to fight her. The suspect was gone before arrival.
24-007797- 3600 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Activity- The caller advised a female approached and offered him sexual favors yesterday. Today she was observed with a male in a red SUV. Officers located the female who advised she never offered sexual favors to the caller. They were advised to stay away from each other.
24-007807- 1500 BLK Tombras Avenue- AOA Warrant Service- A man was detained on Clayton County, GA warrants and transported to the jail for extradition.
Night Shift June 18
24-007815 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop – Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a display of plates violation. Upon reaching the intersection of Donaldson Road and Ringgold Road, a male subject fled from the front passenger side of the vehicle. Officers were able to set a perimeter at which time EPRD K9 Quest was able to conduct a track of the fleeing subject. Following a successful track, the suspect was taken into custody without incident. He was subsequently charged with simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest and resisting stop, halt, frisk. He was also found to have verified warrants out of Tennessee and Georgia. The female driver was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
24-007825 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Disorder – Police responded to an unruly patient who had threatened hospital staff. Police spoke to the party at his request and after a brief conversation with the patrol supervisor, agreed to cooperate with nurses.
