Police Briefs for Nov. 25

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

Nov. 23 Day Shift

21-016931- 4338 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Activity-

The caller advised she felt she was being followed by an unknown person driving a Chevy Impala. On scene the suspicious vehicle had already left the area.

Warrant Service-

Jackie Sewell was arrested at court on East Ridge warrants.

Night Shift

21-016959- Traffic Stop – Arrest:

Phillip Ashmore was arrested following a traffic stop for possession of Schedule II.

21-016969 4214 Ringgold Road / AOA / Arrest:

William Harrison turned himself into police at this location for Hamilton County Warrants. Harrison was transported to the Hamilton County Jail with no issue.

21-016957 1400 S Moore Rd. Warrant Service –

Michelle Hillery was arrested on Hamilton County warrants during a traffic stop at this location. Hillery was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.

1410 Mack Smit Road/ 6513 Ringgold Road/Stolen Vehicle recovery and meth for resale (21-016978):

Police located a stolen Dodge Challenger that was BOLOD to ERPD earlier in the shift at the Waffle House. The attached BOLO stated that Blake Lewis had active warrants for auto theft and was staying at the Budgetel. Police located Lewis at the Budgetel with the key to the stolen vehicle and was in possession of meth for resale.

21-016971- John Ross Rd @ Bennett Rd/Arrest: 

A traffic stop was initiated due to erratic driving behavior. The driver was identified as John Gray. Gray was found to be in possession of Marijuana and was charged accordingly.

21-016973- 5300 Ringgold Rd/Arrest:

Officers observed a suspicious vehicle involved in short-term traffic at the Mapco as well as the McDonald’s. A stop was made on the vehicle due to driving behavior.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as William Johnson and was found to be in possession of Marijuana.  The passenger of the vehicle was identified as Stephanie Yoder and was found to be in possession of multiple syringes loaded with methamphetamine. Furthermore, Yoder had multiple warrants out of Hamilton County.
