The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
September 12 Day Shift
22-012717- 323 Camp Jordan Parkway- Auto Theft-
The complainant called to report his vehicle stolen. He advised it was taken some time during the night. There are no suspects. The vehicle was entered in NCIC.
22-012720- 191 Cecil Lane- Fight-
The caller advised two females were at this location fighting. On scene the fight had already stopped. Police spoke with the two females and determined the altercation was mutual. One female moved out of the residence.

Night Shift
5000 block S Terrace / Overdose (22-012729):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding an unconscious party. Police discovered a male subject who was suffering from an apparent opiate overdose. He was transported via Emergency Medical Services to the hospital. An arrest warrant was sought for Public Intoxication.
800 block Summit Avenue / Arrest-other (22-012731):
Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Summit Avenue on the report of an injured female party. Police encountered a female subject who was heavily intoxicated and bleeding from her nose due to an apparent fall. EMS responded but she denied treatment. She was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Disorder (22-012725):
Police responded to the Budgetel Inn after Jicosta Burts refused to leave the property. On scene Burts was escorted off the property and issued a trespass warning at the request of the manager.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Disorder (22-012736):
Once again police responded to the Budgetel after Jicosta Burts was observed to have returned to the property by Budgetel security. While officers were searching for Burts, security advised she left in a vehicle. Budgetel security voluntarily completed a witness statement and Burts has been issued a warrant for criminal trespassing.
1000 Spring Creek Road / Traffic stop (22-012738):
Virginia Davis was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location after being discovered to have an outstanding warrant for aggravated domestic assault.
6514 Ringgold Road / AOA Warrant Service (22-012745):
Jermaine Washington was taken into custody on outstanding Hamilton County warrants and transported to jail during a traffic stop at this location.
3100 Ringgold Road / Narcotics Arrest (22-012746):
Patrick Brown was taken into custody for Possession of Crack Cocaine for Resale, Simple Possession of Controlled Substance (MDMA), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Assault (22-012750):
Officers were dispatched to the Budgetel after a woman called and stated she was assaulted throughout the night. On scene police spoke with a male subject who advised he had a female friend over. The woman called police using a phone at the Mapco and advised she was on her way back to the room. She never showed up to the room.
