On Saturday at approximately midnight, two sheriff’s deputies were involved in a deputy-involved shooting at a gas station located at the corner of Highway 58 and Murray Hills Drive.  The two deputies involved in the incident were uninjured and one suspect was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) has made a second arrest in the June 14, 2023 homicide that occurred in the 900 block of Orchard Knob Avenue. Arterrius Allen (DOB: 04/13/1989) is charged with one count of first degree murder in the death of 24-year-old Cordarrius Bailey. He was arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Jail.  Terry Scott Anderson (DOB: 03/15/1999) was previously charged with first degree murder in this case. He was arrested in July, 2023.
