Earthquake Felt in East Ridge

A small magnitude earthquake gave people in East Ridge a rude awakening early Sunday morning. According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the 2.4 magnitude quake hit between East Ridge and Ringgold just before 5 a.m. No damage has been reported.
