On Friday, April 26, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputy assigned to the downtown patrol initiative conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for its expired registration. HCSO Deputies Involved in Pursuit on Interstate 75
On Monday morning, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies observed a vehicle that had reportedly fled law enforcement in Catoosa County. A traffic stop was attempted, and a pursuit ensued along I-75 northbound. During the pursuit, the suspect’s vehicle was traveling at speeds in excess of 100 mph.
